Brown & Momen facilitates the planning, coordination and building of a project from conception to completion. We manage and supervise a broad range of projects including residential, commercial, industrial structures, roads, bridges, power plants, schools and hospitals.

Brown & Momen takes ownership of all aspects of the actual construction process.  From excavation/demolition to close-out, we insure that quality is maintained, schedule and budget are adhered to and that project stake-holders are kept apprised of all facets of the work as it is carried out.

Brown & Momen provides guidance throughout the project, protecting the Owner’s interests from conceptualization to turn-over.  As Owner’s Representatives, we provide expert advice and oversight with building engineering and assessments; design review; value engineering; risk management; project schedule adherence; quality control; budget and cost review; contractor management; dispute and claim resolution and project close-out.

Brown & Momen maintains a crew of qualified, union tradesmen providing quality rough and finish carpentry services.
